Letting Go for Inner Peace
September 28-30, 2018

Dear Women Friends,
Joann and I are excited to offer a special weekend for you entitled "Letting Go for Inner Peace."  We will explore the practices that help us let go of people, situations, feelings, and thoughts that lead us away from inner peace.  We are still challenged, as you are, by life's opportunities to choose gratitude, letting go, forgiveness , etc, rather than things that make us suffer.
Let us support one another on this journey.  Enjoy guided meditation, mindful walking and eating, Qi Gong, deep relaxation, fantastic food, sharing and rest on a beautiful 350 acre farm.

We had a wonderful retreat in May and thought you might enjoy some of the feedback:
"Let's do retreats every six weeks! Thank you for your guidance, resources and positive energy"
"I will bring more women with me next time!"
"I feel a great release of old baggage took place"
"Hopeful results, from heaviness and low energy to feelings of hope and clarity. Many meditation sessions.  Excellent organization."
"I gained insight into my work to be content in the here and now."
"Wonderful sharing with wonderful women!"
"I always come away with something new to focus on.  So much love at these retreats. Perfect blend of free time and structure.  Amazing food!"
"Positive, life changing, calming!"

I'm excited to let you know that I am the Retreat Leader for the Matt Talbot Retreat for Women in Ellenton, Florida this year.

The purpose of a MATT TALBOT RETREAT is to assist Alcoholics* of all faiths in their spiritual rehabilitation. It is a weekend spent with members of our Fellowship, with time to think, rest, listen, share and meditate. You will go away refreshed, ready to face and accept the responsibilities of daily living. It is a weekend you can evaluate only by attending and participating. Our meetings will be centered on spirituality and the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Also, I will be available, by appointment and am a member of our Fellowship.

Sign-in begins on Friday at 3:00 PM and our retreat starts with a welcome reception at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner. The retreat will end on Sunday after lunch.
