In short, I really want to share with you some things I have learned over the years that have helped to bring peace, serenity and freedom to my life.
    You'll find a new section which we hope will be of interest to you. It includes some of the latest studies showing the value of meditation and how it can change your brain and thus your life. They discuss long term meditation and changes in the brain and how meditation helps to relieve pain. More to follow.
